The balance of bacteria in the microbiome can be easily disrupted by stress, poor diet, pregnancy, menopause, antibiotic use and many other factors.
Women’s biotic contains all the key live friendly bacteria required to support and rebalance the gut, vaginal and urinary microbiome, and can either be used as everyday support to maintain health or for more acute situations where additional support is required.

Suggested Intake:
1-2 capsules daily taken 30 minutes after food as a food supplement, or as directed by a practitioner.
