Credit card security
When checking out on the website, all credit & debit card payments are taken & processed via Braintree. Credit card details are not held online. You can therefore be assured that all credit card information is safe and secure. In the address bar of our website is a secure padlock logo; this ensures that the area you enter your payment details is fully encrypted and secure. Also please be aware that many banks implement additional credit/debit card security procedures such as Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode and that this is a service managed by your bank and not by Cytoplan Ltd.
Should you wish to make a payment on your account, all credit & debit card payments will be collected & processed via SagePay, using a module developed by Cindercone Solutions Limited known as Magma. This is credit card payment integration installed in our accounting database. Our accounting database is SAP Business One. We do not store credit or debit card information. You will be asked to provide your details each time you make a payment. Please do not send credit or debit card information to us via post or on an email.
Other website payment methods
In addition to paying via credit or debit card, on our website you can also choose between PayPal & Amazon Pay. These payment methods are provided for your convenience. You are welcome to choose a payment method you prefer.
Transaction security
All transaction information you enter is passed to Braintree directly using the latest TLS 1.2 security protocol and secured using SHA256 with RSA 2048-bit encryption. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and your card details are never stored by us.
Payment terms
Payment for your order must be at time of purchasing. This must be for the entirety of the order, including shipping & tax charges. Payment must be received before your order is despatched. We accept all major debit & credit cards, except for American Express.
