How to take
Our high strength probiotic capsules are suitable for everyday use and travel at 1 a day.
If supplementing alongside antibiotics, we recommend taking 2 a day during the course of antibiotics and continuing for at least 5 days after cessation. This can then be reduced down to 1 a day if required. Probiotics should be taken at least 2 hours away from antibiotic medication.
