As we age, collagen production slows and collagen quality diminishes. By the age of 50, collagen levels are typically lost by around 50%. MSM
MSM is a natural form of organic sulphur. It is vital in the formation of keratin, collagen and elastin which give flexibility, tone and strength to muscles, bones, joints, skin, hair and nails.
Grapeseed extract
