As we age, collagen production slows and collagen quality diminishes. By the age of 50, collagen levels are typically lost by around 50%. MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides and is derived from coconuts. MCT is known for its emollient, natural antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
MSM
MSM is a natural form of organic sulphur. It is vital in the formation of keratin, collagen and elastin which give flexibility, tone and strength to muscles, bones, joints, skin, hair and nails.
Grapeseed extract
Grapeseed is naturally rich in vitamin C and vitamin E as well as other antioxidants such as proanthocyanidin’s which may help protect cells from oxidative damage.
