What is Horse Chestnut?
Our Horse Chestnut tincture is made from the seed of the Aesculus hippocastanum tree. This seed, more commonly known as a ‘conker’, contains a number of plant actives and has a long history of traditional use.

Aesculus seed contains saponins, notably aescin. It also contains coumarins, that have a synergistic action with the aescin, and support traditional use for Aesculus
Free from pesticides and herbicides
No added sweeteners, preservatives or colourings
GMO free and non-irradiated
The extensive benefits of the plant is captured in the tincture, which preserves the naturally-occurring plant actives
Take 2-4ml daily mixed into a little water or liquid of choice, or as directed by your practitioner. It is recommended that this tincture is taken with, or after food.
Suitable for:
Vegetarians and vegans. The recommended dosage is suitable for individuals aged 16 years old and above.
Contraindications:
If you are taking any medication, please consult your doctor before use. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. Avoid use if experiencing gastric reflux or gastric irritation. As tinctures contain alcohol, those with alcohol dependency or those with a sensitivity to alcohol should avoid use of the product.
For UK-delivered orders that are under £35.00, we charge a nominal postage and packing fee of £4.50. UK orders of £35.00 and over are DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE.
