What is Hawthorn?
The hawthorn berry is naturally rich in flavonoids and has been used traditionally for many years. Hawthorn berries contain a number of different flavonoids, notably rutin.

Organic Hawthorn berry (Crataegus laevigata fructus) tincture 1:3, 45% ethanol.
Take 2-8ml daily mixed into a little water or liquid of choice, or as directed by your practitioner.
Vegetarians and vegans. The recommended dosage is suitable for individuals aged 16 years old and above.
If you are taking any medication, please consult your doctor before use. Not suitable for use in pregnancy but is safe whilst breastfeeding. It is strongly advised that blood pressure should be monitored whilst taking Hawthorn. As tinctures contain alcohol, those with alcohol dependency or those with a sensitivity to alcohol should avoid use of this product.
