Who is Perimenopause Complex for?

Perimenopause Complex provides targeted support for women aged 40-55 who may have a disturbed menstrual cycle and fluctuations of hormones as they move towards the menopause. Perimenopause symptoms are usually very similar to menopause which may include hot flushes, brain fog and disturbed sleep. However, this formula is most suitable for those who are still experiencing menstruation.

Maca extract - has a long history of traditional use as an adaptogenic herb and is known for supporting menopausal symptoms such as fluctuations of mood, hot flushes, libido and sexual function.

Panax ginseng – has a long history of traditional use and is a well-known herbal adaptogen which contains naturally occurring phytoestrogens.

Magnesium - in the form of bisglycinate; a gentle form of magnesium which may be particularly beneficial for perimenopause symptoms as it is helps support sleep, relaxation and hormonal balance. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
