Stress Fracture:
Managing Stress in the Modern World

Join us in-person for our FREE, CPD-approved seminars roadshow

Discover, learn, and connect

Our new Head of Nutrition, Chris Newbold is taking to the road to deliver five, CPD-approved, FREE in-person seminars for health practitioners. He's travelling throughout the UK during spring to take apart our modern stress response, looking at its evolutionary origins, the neurotransmitters that orchestrate it and the complex genetic, environmental and biological system interactions that impact its function.

In this comprehensive overview of ‘how to cope’, and even embrace all that life throws at us, Chris will run through nutritional and lifestyle strategies to increase natural resilience and help people to manage. A great way to enhance your knowledge, and grow your network.

We're really looking forward to meeting you in-person for a great day of in-depth but practical education, conversation, with refreshments supplied, and an exclusive practitioner offer!
